KAMILA & ALEX

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Kamila & Alex website handles information when you use this link-in-bio page, view the latest videos, open a social or creator link, or contact us by email.

Information This Website Collects

This page does not offer user accounts, an on-site contact form, a newsletter form, or a checkout. If you use the email icon, your email app handles the message directly. We receive only the information you choose to include in that email, such as your name, email address, message, project details, and attachments.

Please do not send payment-card details, government identifiers, medical information, or other highly sensitive information by email.

Third-Party Services

• YouTube and Google APIs: The Latest Videos section requests public YouTube channel information and recent uploads. YouTube may receive technical request information when videos, thumbnails, or links are loaded.
• Social and creator links: Links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, kamiapter.com, and alexfilms.media open third-party websites. Their own privacy practices apply after you leave this site.
• Google Fonts: The page loads its display fonts from Google, which may receive ordinary technical request information such as your IP address and browser details.
• Hosting and email: Vercel hosts this website, and Gmail handles messages sent to our email address. Those providers may process technical or message information needed to provide and protect their services.

Payments

This page does not collect payment-card information or process payments directly. If a separate linked website or payment service is used later, that provider’s terms and privacy policy apply.

Cookies and Analytics

This page does not add analytics, advertising pixels, browser storage, or tracking cookies. Third-party platforms linked from this page may use their own cookies or analytics once you visit them.

Data Retention

The website does not maintain a visitor-account or form-submission database. Email correspondence may be kept in Gmail for as long as needed to respond, manage potential collaborations, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

Security

Established services are used for hosting and email, but no website, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Use care when deciding what information to send.

Your Choices

You can choose not to email us or visit third-party links. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you sent by email, contact us using the address below. Limited information may be retained where required by law or needed to protect legal rights.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply when you access or use the Kamila & Alex website, including this link-in-bio page, latest videos section, social links, creator-page links, and email link.

Website Use

You may use this website for personal, informational, and inquiry purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use the site for spam or abusive activity.

Inquiries, Bookings, and Collaborations

The email link is an inquiry tool. Sending an email or social-media message does not create a booking, partnership, endorsement, contract, or guarantee of availability. Any collaboration, appearance, content project, brand deal, or other arrangement must be confirmed separately in writing.

Payments

This website does not process payments directly. If a payment link or invoice is provided outside this page, payment terms, fees, cancellations, refunds, and processor policies must be reviewed in that separate payment flow or agreement.

Intellectual Property

The website design, original photos, branding, text, and other original materials are owned by Kamila & Alex or used with permission unless otherwise stated. Platform logos, video thumbnails, and linked materials belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, reuse, modify, scrape, repost, or commercially exploit protected site content without permission.

Third-Party Links and Content

This site links to third-party platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, kamiapter.com, alexfilms.media, Google services, and other outside websites. Those services are not controlled by this website, and their own terms and policies apply.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as-is and may be updated, interrupted, or unavailable at any time. Public follower counts, YouTube data, thumbnails, and linked content may change, be rounded, or fail to load. No guarantee is made that all information is complete, current, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kamila & Alex are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the website, email inquiries, unavailable content, or third-party links. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a different written agreement or applicable law requires otherwise.
